Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical services , diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical assessments , including medical history evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions .
Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatment plans as appropriate.
Perform medical procedures such as wound care, suturing, and injections.
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare practices .
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records , including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards .
Required Skills & Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license to practice in Oregon .
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty .
Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
Ability to work effectively as part of a team .
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems .
Compassion and empathy for patients.
