What You Will Do
Engage in remote and facetoface sales activities offering geographical flexibility within the Southern New England area .
Sell to both new and existing customers utilizing crossselling upselling and repeat sales strategies.
Identify and assess potential sales opportunities crafting medium to longterm sales plans to enhance relationships and increase energy solution sales .
Work towards achieving monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management .
Develop sales proposals conduct product demonstrations and manage customer details in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) for efficient sales operations.
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions .
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
Proven track record of maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $3 million demonstrating strong sales capabilities .
Experience in territory management and expansion showcasing strategic planning and execution abilities .
General understanding of power generators diesel engines electrical distribution equipment energy storage and load banks contributing to informed sales discussions .
Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce ensuring efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking .
