Job Overview
The Sr. Quality Officer is responsible for overseeing Quality Performance Accreditation / Licensing Patient Safety Infection Prevention and Policy Management across the healthcare enterprise. This role ensures compliance with certification and regulatory requirements while promoting patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprisewide quality management program ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Oversee patient relations safety initiatives infection prevention and policy management .
- Collaborate with leadership board members and regulatory bodies to implement quality standards.
- Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives .
- Represent the organization at state and national professional organizations and conferences .
- Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer CEO and Board of Directors to align quality objectives with organizational goals.
