Summary
VAC is looking for an energetic person who is qualified with at least Fundamentals and can work in a fast paced early education center with children 6 weeks up to 12 years old. Flexibility is a must as this is an as needed position.
Duties
Maintains an orderly though active and fun environment, while engaging with the children through conversation and play.
Maintains appropriate teacher/child ratios in the classroom.
Maintains licensing regulations for the State of Vermont.
Agrees to not use a cell phone while in the presence of children.
Requirements
Fundamentals completed, or working on completing, or at least one college course in Early Childhood Education.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
CPR/First Aid Certified: Will have to recieve this training within 3 months of hire if not already certified.
