In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring all accounts are serviced effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to strategize on lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or territory management role.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience in business development and retail sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
