Porter Service

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional support to both customers and staff. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of exterior areas including parking lots, sidewalks, entryways, loading docks, and dumpster enclosures
• Sweep pick up debris, trash, and litter from all exterior grounds
• Empty and clean exterior trash bins and receptacles
• Report graffiti & vandalism or property damage
• Monitor landscaping and report issues to appropriate personnel
• Report any maintenance concerns or hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold customer service standards while on-site

Experience

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance work preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for site travel)
• Good communication and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities
