Credit Risk Associate

Shift: 10:30 AM -7:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking a collections agent who can collect delinquent accounts while following all standardized collections procedures.

Responsibilities.

• Analyze and review transactions on a case by case basis, and resolve or escalate as needed
• Ensure all transactions are actioned by market and currency deadlines
• Ensure a full understanding and adherence to Corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures
• Respond promptly to client queries, and ensure a timely resolution

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Credit risk/Trading analysis: 2 years (Required)
