We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process for our programs, ensuring that prospective participants receive the guidance and support they need. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others navigate their educational or health-related journeys.
Responsibilities
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Develop and implement effective program development strategies to enhance enrollment efforts.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote programs and engage with potential participants.
- Collaborate with public health professionals to ensure accurate information dissemination regarding program offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program growth.
- Support social work initiatives by connecting participants with necessary resources and services.
- Supervise volunteers involved in enrollment activities, ensuring they are well-trained and supported.
- Oversee project management tasks related to enrollment campaigns and initiatives.
- Deliver public speaking presentations at community events to raise awareness about available programs.
- Collect and analyze data related to enrollment trends, participant demographics, and program effectiveness.
Education
- A minimum of one year experience in public or private social work.
- A minimum of two years of case work experience including one year of experience performing assessments of individuals functional ability to determine the need for institutional or community-based services.
- Bachelor’s degree, with or supplemented by a minimum of 12 semester hours credit in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social science
- Bachelor’s degree with a social welfare major; Or any equivalent combination of experience or training with successful completion of a minimum of 12 semester hours credit in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social science.

Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
