Job Title: ERP Trainer

Location: White Plains, NY 10601 (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months (With possible extension)

Overview:
NYPA is implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation and requires a Training Led to develop and execute an enterprise-wide training program. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing training strategies, and facilitating training sessions to support employees through the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs based on ERP modernization impact.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP training strategy.
• Design and create training materials (presentations, job aids, e-learning modules).
• Facilitate training sessions (in-person, virtual, hands-on workshops).
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venues, and vendor management.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with OCM, program managers, and stakeholders to align training with change management strategies.
• Support post-implementation adoption and provide ongoing training.
• Maintain training documentation, records, and reports for leadership.

Key Skills & Experience:

• ERP Training Expertise – Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Ivalua preferred.
• Training Development & Delivery – Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Project Management – Experience managing large, cross-functional training programs.
• Change Management – Ability to support user adoption and overcome resistance.
• Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using training tools, platforms, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in training and development.
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation experience in a training role.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, and Ivalua (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training in hybrid environments.

This role is critical to ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to successfully transition to the new ERP systems.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
