OBS LPN

Requirements : WA or compact license in hand is required, along with BLS

Start Date : ASAP

Length : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12HR DAYS

Unit details / Patient Diagnosis : The patients are assessed once a week by providers and nurses with the exception of skin checks every shift and mobility screening. There is a dining room for patients to eat meals, do activities, and develop relationships with other patients. The goal is to get patients to baseline or better to be able to place them in adult family homes or long-term care facilities.
