Job Description:

Position Title: Medical Enrollment Specialist
Location: Lansdale, PA 19446 (Travelling required, travel reimbursement provided)
Duration: 12 months (C2H-Contract to hire)
Pay: $20.50/hour

Benefits:

• $0.67/mile travel reimbursement
• $100 bonus after 120 working hours
• Weekly salary and gas reimbursement

Responsibilities:
The candidate will conduct intake visits, assist with application submissions, guide applicants through eligibility processes, and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as community organizations, healthcare providers, and government offices. Regular updates, meetings, and timely management of applications are essential.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree OR at least 12 credits
• At least 2 years of casework experience, including 1 year of functional ability assessments.
• A minimum of 1 year in public or private social work.

This role involves some lifting (up to 25 pounds) and requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
