Complete Description :
The Client has an immediate need of a Technical PM to oversee the Client's Net project / transition from a legacy service to the VDN-managed platform with Verizon.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio.
- Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, from a broadband circuit perspective.
- Ability to perform Data Networking technology and operational assessments to oversee the Client's transition project.
- Project Management experience and the ability to track milestones / deliverables and report out to client's leadership.
- Experience in managing general network technology projects.
- Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service.
- Responsible for responding to and resolving agency and customer escalations
