VTG is seeking an Acquisition Support SME located in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Support an overall Customer and Directorate acquisition framework and acquisition strategy approval process.
- Develop and maintain specific acquisition planning schedules for the directorate’s efforts during the strategy and Request for Contract Action Package (RCAP) /Request for Proposal (RFP) development phase (via MS EXCEL™ or appropriate planning tool).
- Recommend and develop processes for broader Directorate use of Customer enterprise tools for information sharing, project management, project coordination and deliverable management (e.g., Software Services Platform (S2P), JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Coordinate with respective Directorate-wide stakeholders to capture up-to-date information and status of respective acquisition and contract efforts and activities tracking.
- Coordinate and support RCAP/RFP development and provide acquisition artifact (e.g., SOW, CDRLs in EMC2, evaluation criteria, instruction to offerors, etc.) development support as required across the organization.
- Support during the source selection process, as required.
BS Degree (desired degree in business or economics-related subject area)
TS/SCI with Poly required
10-15 years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years in the IC
Acquisition experience to include drafting SOWs, CDRLs, and other RFP documentation.
