Position Overview : VTG is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team in multiple locations across D.C Metro area. As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver innovative software products that meet customer needs.
What will you do?
- Desing, develop, test, and deploy software applications using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the development team.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of software applications through proper design and implementation.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospective.
- Document software designs, processes, and configuration to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain an up-to-date repository of technical documentations.

Pay Range : VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $80,000-$210,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
Salary : $80,000 - $210,000
