Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
The responsibilities include checking orders for color and style quantities, performing weekly inventory of laminate, and placing necessary orders. You will stack parts in bins according to size and shape and ensure waste laminate is disposed of properly. The role requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other employees, while maintaining responsibility and fostering a positive work environment. Personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, must be used as required. A clean and organized work area is essential, and tasks should be determined based on the availability of empty carts and totes. The work involves loading sticks into the infeed, checking sizes after each setup, and adhering to all safety rules. Maintaining quality checks and following the 5S checklist are critical, as is reading orders and packing boxes according to specifications. Other duties include stocking the card feeder, inspecting and placing kits in boxes until they are full, and stocking scribe and nail bins.
