Assignment Description:
We recently completed the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to support ongoing integrations, reporting, and the development of new integrations from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM development, including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL, FastFormulas, OTBI reports, Workflows, ESS, and other HCM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, reports, and related artifacts across modules such as HCM Core, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Helpdesk.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
Design and build integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, and BIP Reports.
Develop and support extensions, workflows, fast formulas, and customizations using HCM Design Studio, Page & Application Composer, and Visual Builder Studio.
Create ad-hoc BIP/OTBI reporting solutions to meet complex business query requirements.
Address system issues, bugs, and performance challenges to maintain optimal system performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented HCM Cloud solutions.
Support testing of patches, upgrades, reports, configurations, and workflows.
Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
Conduct impact analysis of quarterly HCM Cloud patches and collaborate with Oracle Product Support to resolve service requests (SRs).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM architecture, data flows, and their relationship to business applications
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion CLoud HCM modules and functionalities
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion CLoud HCM tools, HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio
- Advanced skills in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
- Familiarity with cloud computing, including SaaS and PaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, including isolating issues, analyzing solutions, and implementing fixes
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HCM Cloud Security
- Knowledge of Oracle BICC Extracts and PVOs
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for Cloud integrations
- Experience working with Oracle VBS and Redwood UI
- Functional expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules
