This role requires a strong technical background, proficiency in MS Project, Azure Cloud, and circuit management, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. 🚨 Note: This role requires candidates to be local to the NYC metro area.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects with significant scope and impact.
🔹 Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring scope, timeline, and resources align with business goals.
🔹 Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
🔹 Coordinate team planning meetings, establish and track goals, and manage team tasks.
🔹 Oversee projects within the IT I&O Portfolio, ensuring all design specifications and deliverables meet business requirements.
🔹 Manage risk mitigation, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure project success.
🔹 Provide technical oversight, including creating network diagrams, managing circuit orders, and overseeing datacenter operations.
🔹 Utilize MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint for project planning and execution.
🔹 Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and company compliance policies.
🔹 Prepare and present progress reports, problem resolutions, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.
