Dynamics 365 Commerce Integration Specialist
Location- Initial remote but the resource should be ready to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA within one month upon asked to relocate.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Commerce Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical skill set, with a focus on API integration and infrastructure management, to lead complex integrations between our Dynamics 365 Commerce platform and third-party POS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust API integrations between Dynamics 365 Commerce and various third-party POS systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronized operations.
- Extend and optimize Dynamics 365 Commerce API integration, including design, development, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, sales, and IT, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations and infrastructure configurations.
- Stay abreast of advancements in Dynamics 365 Commerce and related technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Dynamics 365 Commerce development, with a strong focus on Commerce API integration with Scale Unit.
- Demonstrated expertise in integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services, particularly in relation to Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of POS system functionalities and retail operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
