Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in program management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ensure security and privacy of customer and business data by monitoring and enforcing implemented cybersecurity measures.
- Led software engineering development teams using Agile (Scrum) and Azure DevOps, to support Datacenter hardware and infrastructure reporting and maintenance on critical environments in Power BI.
- Performed technical program management with team and internal stakeholder reporting partners in Datacenter hardware and infrastructure management and reporting across Microsoft's Datacenter fleet.
- Managing teams, analyzing data, ensuring proper data governance, presenting to management, and collaborating and partnering with the business, managing SharePoint sites and pages and Azure Dev Ops, and leading software engineering teams to deliver updated dashboards, new dashboards, and maintenance of existing dashboards.
- Identify areas for improvement, research solutions, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and development of the team and processes.
