SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the SAP S/4HANA Service module (formerly part of Customer Service/Plant Maintenance) and a deep understanding of service management processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their service-related business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Service (including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Requests, Billing, etc.).
- Integrate with other modules such as SD, MM, FI, and EAM.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for business users.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system maintenance.
- Stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in SAP functional consulting.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Service module.
- Strong knowledge of service management processes, service contracts, warranties, resource-related billing, and field service.
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations related to Service.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to work with global teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Service or Customer Service modules.
- Experience in SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., SAP FSM, SAP Cloud ALM).
- Prior experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
