Responsibilities:
Must be able to operate numerous styles of forklifts to move materials throughout the plant.

Location: Atchsion, KS
Shift: 1st Shift
Wage: $22.00

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Able to pass the PTO written test as well as a driving test.
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull 50 lbs. forks for different size castings/racks/pallets.
• Ability to complete the assigned work with little Supervision.
• Ability to work around noise, cold, heat, congestion, smoke, fumes, rough roadways safely.
• Will work individually and as a team with other Power Truck Operator’s
• Is responsible for checking out their forklift at the beginning of each shift and documenting any issues.
• Use problem solving skills to develop their own daily routine if they feel they can improve a task and do it safely.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass PTO written/driving tests.

Experience:

• Prefer previous PTO experience
• Ability to read & write

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of how forklifts operate
• Ability to trouble shoot forklift issues and understand when they arise.
• Ability to complete all daily paperwork efficiently.
