Position Overview:
Vulcan Roofing, in partnership with Vulcan Properties, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to fill a dual role, with a primary focus on administrative and marketing support (75%) for Vulcan Roofing and secondary leasing support (25%) for Vulcan Properties. This position requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting business operations and client engagement across both companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative and Marketing Support — Vulcan Roofing (75%)
- Manage administrative functions, including scheduling, customer correspondence, recordkeeping, and document preparation
- Develop and execute social media content strategies and manage daily postings across company platforms
- Assist with the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and customer review initiatives
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review
- Provide general office support and contribute to project-based initiatives as assigned
Leasing Support — Vulcan Properties (25%)
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries and coordinate property showings with prospective tenants
- Assist with lease documentation, tenant communications, application processing, and renewal management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings across various marketing platforms
- Support tenant relations to ensure a professional and positive leasing experience
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, marketing, property management, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Experience with basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, CRM systems) is an advantage
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
