Key Responsibilities:
Property Management Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct property inspections and document findings.
- Help prepare and execute lease agreements, including renewals.
- Support marketing efforts for vacant properties and assist in screening potential tenants.
- Collect rent payments, assist with delinquent accounts, and prepare financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Financial & Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) with a focus on tenant acquisitions and operational expenses.
- Help prepare property and office budgets to maximize profitability.
- Oversee operational expenses, seeking cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
- Analyze financial reports to track revenue growth and expense management.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and rent payments.
Office Administration:
- Oversee general office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support office budgeting and expense tracking.
Team and Vendor Coordination:
- Work closely with property management staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee work.
- Assist with reviewing vendor invoices and contract negotiations.
- Support office staff with day-to-day operations and special projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 years of experience in property management or office administration (new graduates welcome to apply).

- Sales experience is a plus.
