Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for someone highly motivated to grow with our company. Our company is a warehouse/storefront and also an E- commerce site. We need people who can easily retain technical information and pass that information on to our customers to make the best buying decisions.

Duties will entail:

  • Communicating with customers in a professional matter via email and phone is required
  • Fulfilling online and telephone orders
  • Maintain accurate on-hand stock of products
  • Customer Support
  • Professional demeanor and telephone skills required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Type 45 wpm
  • Must be efficient with a Strong Attention to Detail
  • Organized, Self Motivated & Multi-Tasker
  • Ability to Prioritize Tasks
  • Must-Have a Strong Customer Support Orientation
  • Demonstrate a Professional Demeanor
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Loyal & High Level of Confidentiality
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • We are a fitness-based company, knowledge and experience of the fitness industry is required
