Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for someone highly motivated to grow with our company. Our company is a warehouse/storefront and also an E- commerce site. We need people who can easily retain technical information and pass that information on to our customers to make the best buying decisions.
Duties will entail:
- Communicating with customers in a professional matter via email and phone is required
- Fulfilling online and telephone orders
- Maintain accurate on-hand stock of products
- Customer Support
- Professional demeanor and telephone skills required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Type 45 wpm
- Must be efficient with a Strong Attention to Detail
- Organized, Self Motivated & Multi-Tasker
- Ability to Prioritize Tasks
- Must-Have a Strong Customer Support Orientation
- Demonstrate a Professional Demeanor
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Loyal & High Level of Confidentiality
- Must have reliable transportation
- We are a fitness-based company, knowledge and experience of the fitness industry is required
