Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Outbound Setter to join our team! In this onsite role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls to generate interest in pest control services. Your main goal will be to set qualified appointments for our sales team and help drive new business opportunities for our partner companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who may benefit from pest control services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
- Provide information about services and answer customer inquiries.
- Track and manage lead progress through the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the inside sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection and staying motivated to achieve goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Previous outbound sales experience or a passion for learning sales is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated through challenging conversations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
