We’re on the hunt for Sales Development Representatives, responsible for sparking an initial relationship with a potential client, and ultimately owning the all-important first step in the sales process. We don’t need you to have experience, just a desire to learn, develop and progress in a Sales environment. The ideal candidates will have clear ambitions of moving towards an Account Executive position.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Articulate, with strong written & verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships
- Exceptional desire to progress within the sales space and move towards an Account Executive or Inside sales role
- Understanding of the requirements & responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative Role and what this means to Vultr specifically
- A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be they clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects
- An interest or affinity with the Tech industry
- Simple, but a can-do, positive mindset
- Have the flexibility to thrive in a scale-up, high-growth environment where things are constantly evolving

What You Will Take On
- Booking outbound and inbound meetings through cold calling
- Also generating outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of emails, social selling, networking, and independent research
- Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally with our different clients
- Engaging with a range of prospects, including C-suite/Directors, from all sorts of different organizations ranging from Blue Chip to the Public Sector
- Lead discovery conversations with prospects on behalf of our clients to unearth challenges and an understanding of digital roadmaps for the coming year
- Create a great first impression for prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
- Qualify leads ranging from inbound calls, chats, website downloads, content syndication from third party websites, and webinars
- Managing a high volume of inbound leads with a strategy on prioritisation of your leads
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to help move along qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
