Manager of Medical Educational Programs

We are looking for a Manager of Medical Educational Programs to join our fast-growing team. Our manager will support our Industry products by working directly with both our Education and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of brand objectives and educational needs. They will also be the clinical expert and trainer for our Commercial teams to prepare them for external conversations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stay informed on therapeutic specialties, including new approvals and developments.
• Manage the development of our Industry sponsored education programs, taking into consideration brand objectives, educational needs, content availability, and program performance
• Evaluate existing content to identify gaps and collaborate with Education leads to source new content to fill these gaps.
• Ensure the incorporation of high-quality video content into programs through review and approval of educational content for relevance, compliance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with our Commercial teams to prepare for kick-off calls (KOCs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and end-of-program assessments, ensuring content readiness and alignment with strategic objectives.
