Based in Denver CO this role will be at the ground level of building and developing Vuoris unique and fast growing shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced leader who desires the challenge of a fast growing business. You are the ultimate ambassador of our brand; accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have a fun and memorable experience employees are motivated to do their best and the business thrives. You understand the importance of engaging with and building the Vuori community through our retail locations and will partner with the Marketing to design and facilitate local events and activations.

Leadership & People Management
- Effectively manage Vuori stores in your region through touchbases inperson visits and development conversations. Continuously audit and improve operational processes.
- Oversee the hiring process for all store roles you are connected to the vision and strategy for the store teams and support the Store Managers in their hiring decisions building a diverse team that prioritizes customer connection and provides worldclass experience.
- Support Store Managers in creating a culture of performance feedback support and recognition setting the expectation of daily in the moment and well as formalized coaching training and recognition grounded in the global vital behaviors and performance drivers.
- Employee relations : stay uptodate on HR compliance laws in your region and ensure teams abide by labor law policies; partner with HR and People team as necessary to resolve employee issues.
- Develop and audit onboarding and ongoing training materials for the Vuori retail teams; proactively develop new trainings as needed.

Base salary ranges from $128000 to $144000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary based on location skills experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of a commission estimated to range from $20000 to $25000 depending on factors including store performance.
