Field Visual Merchandiser Northern California Pacific Northwest

We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Leader that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The Field Visual Merchandiser collaborates closely with the Field Visual Merchandise Manager and Visual Leads to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards across the Northern California / Pacific Northwest Districts. The Field Visual Merchandiser is responsible for driving the execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with brand standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership developmental and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall customer experience.

What youll get to do :

• The Field Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for executing all visual elements and product presentations instore ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Monitor and evaluate visual displays across locations providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• The Field Merchant will be primarily focused on providing training and support to field merchants on best practices visual standards and new initiatives to enhance instore presentations.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Lead the coordination of visualrelated product mapping collateral and initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity.
• Keeping a clear line of communication with District Managers and Store Managers on suggestions for improving visual merchandising effectiveness and make adjustments as needed based on customer feedback and sales trends.
• Maintain all store experience essentials including plants replacements for props mannequins lighting sign holders etc.
• Travel to new store openings is occasionally required to assist in the visual set up and the stores grand opening.
