To help us continue expanding our offerings, we're in search of an experienced Product Manager for infrastructure integration to lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will understand Access points, communication protocols and the software integration lifecycle, including maintenance and support.

This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize a product's full lifecycle, from conception to release. We're looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in creating integrations that improve customer experience and grow market share.

• Partner Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure partners (Access Points) , fostering strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Product Integration : Lead the integration of the company's solutions with infrastructure partners, ensuring compatibility, performance, and seamless operation.
• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to gather and define product requirements and specifications for integration.
• Technical Oversight : Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the technical aspects of integration, including API compatibility, data exchange, and system architecture alignment.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Coordinate with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the integration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings related to Access Point solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, product specifications, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update internal stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Training & Support : Collaborate with training teams to develop educational materials and provide training sessions on the integrated solutions for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for.

3 years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware / software integration. Experience working with infrastructure / Access Points for WiFi or Bluetooth or similar technologies is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of networking technologies, APIs, and system integration methodologies. Familiarity with Access Point hardware and related software solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and driving consensus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
