Job Description

We seek a results-driven Regional VP, Sales North East to lead enterprise account acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a hunter mentality, adept at creating and closing complex sales opportunities. The RVP will drive strategic growth by securing new enterprise clients, building lasting relationships, and achieving sales excellence.

  • Business Development & Sales Leadership
    • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts across [region].
    • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Account Management & Growth
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to deliver exceptional value.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Strategic Market Engagement
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
    • Provide leadership in negotiating complex contracts and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and solutions teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Provide accurate forecasting and report sales metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Qualification we’re looking for.

  • Experience:
    • 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on hunting and new business acquisition.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of specific industry or technology, [e.g., SaaS, IoT, or Retail Tech] and enterprise-level sales cycles.
    • Strong influencing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Abilities:
    • Exceptional ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute winning sales strategies.
