The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in translating VusionGroup’s commercial strategy to execution across the Americas Region and creating a culture of operational excellence resulting in the execution of the company’s mission and strategic priorities. This role will focus on bringing sales methodology, account planning, pipeline management and forecast execution to life. There is a strong emphasis on driving business value and solution selling with the customer being the center of everything we do. This role will accelerate the pace of transformation, enable and develop key skills in the field to provide exceptional experiences and value to our customers. This role will equip the sales teams with relevant programs, training, resources, and tools to provide best in class transformation in the retail marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with experience in sales enablement, sales development, and previous experience in assessing the needs of a go-to-market business to deliver meaningful enablement programs. This roles requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in enablement and training programs.
- Enable the field sales team and key business stakeholders to execute on key scorecard and revenue metrics.
- Be a Change Agent in the Organization to drive changes in sales behavior, pipeline management, account management and operational rigor.
- Work with the Product Teams and Marketing Teams to equip the teams with relevant solution roadmaps, programs, and provide field feedback to drive a organization of continuous improvement.
- Become a trusted partner of the field sales organization through ongoing communications, trainings and meeting the team where their skill levels are and help them drive improvement.
- Drive operational rigor and ensure all roles are speaking a common language to drive common understanding and build action plans.
- Proactively engage sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve sales objectives / priorities.
- Develop enablement plan for the field that efficiently integrates into the all up rhythm of the business.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and work with necessary Managers and Directors to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address.
Qualifications
Qualifications we’re looking for.
5 years in sales enablement.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI Reporting and Business Value Selling.
Ability to translate sales methodology and tools into relevant business case examples that the field can relate to.
Bachelors / master’s degree or equivalent.
