Position Title: Production Team Leader
Blue Shift (Days Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 3:15 pm). Must be able to work additional hours and overtime. Saturdays may be required to work when requested. Earn up to $19.25/hour starting off!

POSITION INFORMATION
- Work with Vuteq Operations Support Center management (VOSC) and staff to meet our customer’s needs and delivery schedules. Will be responsible for the workflow from the associates assigned to his/her team.
- Verify that the associates in the team are working safely and according to established standards.
- Ensure that established work standards are being followed and work quantity and quality standards are being consistently met.
- Audit condition of equipment in his/her area of responsibility and report any problems or safety concerns to VOSC management. Ensure that backup tools or equipment are ready, and repairs are made in a timely fashion. Additionally, maybe required to assist in the repair of equipment to the extent of his/her ability and training.
- Confirm attendance of associates and communicate absenteeism and tardiness to staff and to VOSC management. Assist with the re-allocation of manpower to accomplish the daily job requirements.
- May be required to fill in for vacations, personal time, and absenteeism or tardiness.
- Review training records for team members and update accordingly as needed. Maintain proficiency in all aspects of the teams’ processes and procedures. Maintain record keeping as required.
- Communicate any production delays or problems immediately to the staff or to VOSC management. Assist in problem solving and continuous improvements to production process.
- Facilitate communication between VOSC management and team members.
- Other duties as required insuring that VOSC meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.

- Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all Vuteq team members as well as communicate issues to Supervisor immediately.

- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
