Position Title: Production Team Member

Openings: 2 Blue Shift openings

Blue Shift (Days Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 3:15 pm). Must be able to work additional hours and overtime. Saturdays may be required to work when requested. Earn $18.25/hour starting off!

POSITION INFORMATION

• Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line.
• Prepares parts for shipment.
• Shipping and Receiving material handling.
• Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
• Participates in group meetings in order to exchange any job related information and quality standards are being consistently met.
• Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.
• Other duties as required insuring that Vuteq meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.

Skills and Specifications Required

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Should have strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to operate various assembly tools.
• Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
• Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all Vuteq team members as well as communicate issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices).
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
