Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Team Member to join our team. As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and skills to assemble and fabricate products. This is a warehouse-based position that may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities:

- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards

- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication tasks

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
