We are seeking a skilled, experienced, self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy, and high-integrity painter to join our Team. As our Customer Service Technician / Painter, you will be responsible for handling all our builders' warranty requests. You’ll work hand in hand with our Customer Care Coordinator to ensure our builders' homeowners receive 100% satisfaction and workmanship.
The painter must have their own vehicle and equipment examples tools, sprayer, ladders, extension ladders, brushes, etc. VALID Divers License & Vehicle Insurance Required.
Responsibilities:
Customer Care technicians should be able to work with minimal to almost no supervision or micromanagement.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Experience in drywall is a major plus!
Determine all materials required for service at least a week in advance, using knowledge of interior/exterior paints and other coatings used in the industry.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
Apply paint coatings using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing.
Ensure even coverage, applications, and adhesion of paint coatings.
Inspect jobs prior to and when completed to ensure they are handled correctly, efficiently, and accordingly.
Every Friday, maintain a weekly inventory of the Company’s provided materials, delivering all remaining materials to our warehouse.
Customer Care Technicians should be very detailed and be able to use our mobile scheduling application.
While representing the company, be courteous, respectful, and very attentive to homeowners, customer care coordinators, supervisors, superintendents, and all individuals.
Collaborate with the Customer Care coordinator to meet schedules and quality standards.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical stamina and dexterity to work with painting equipment and lift heavy objects when required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Any certification in the industry a plus. (Provide copies if able)

Depending on experience, the pay rate is $20 up to $21 during your 90-day probationary period.
