Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Professional to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for internal users, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This position is located out of the corporate office in Cozad, Nebraska.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Respond to inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or in-person, delivering excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate team.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and hardware / software inventory.
- Collaborate wit other I professional to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
