Data Entry Clerk - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job descriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to input data and maintain accurate data in our systems. Responsibilities Maintain organization within flies and all tracking systems Assist & cross train with a TEAM Receive, gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets. Establish and maintain physical files Transfer data from paper format, computer files, and or database systems Perform other duties as assigned Skills / Abilities Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Legible handwriting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep information confidential. Ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Requirements Bilingual - English / Spanish Passing a DOT Regulated drug test (instant & lab). 2 years of job history. Other Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
