Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure a clean and organized service area for optimal customer experience.
- Stay updated on automotive technology, trends, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Experience working with mechanics or in auto body repair is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required; familiarity with various vehicle makes and models is advantageous.
