DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contacting Wholesale accounts daily for shipment approvals/ payment information/ respond any inquiries.
- Managing E-commerce platform daily, upload products, check inventory, fulfill orders, process RA's.
- Send Weekly Newsletters to customers for any New Arrival, Sales, Product updates, any promotions, etc.
- Communicate with Sales team for any problem with shipping, customer relations issue, problem accounts,
- Daily recap to managers for all ongoing matters with accounts.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- Must have good phone skills with proper phone manners.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- N41, SHOPIFY, sales experiences are plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ecommerce customer support experience is a plus.
- Well rounded personality and have positive attitude.
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S
