Prepare instructional materials for a custom marketing solution that leverages Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing CloudLead end user training for a custom marketing solution for up to twenty usersUtilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective training materialsCoordinate training prerequisite tasks, including user account setupFacilitate training exercises for hands-on practice and answer questions, as neededCollaborate with product managers to prepare the training environment and accounts ahead of training sessionsWork with Change Management Lead to complete Training Plan tasks ahead of training sessionsIncorporate feedback from training sessions into training materials and facilitationQualifications :
3 to 4 years of professional experience, including 1 to 2 years in change management and instructional designBackground in technology or digital transformationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degreeRequired : Content Management System experienceRequired : Email Marketing professional experiencePreferred : Adobe Experience Manager experiencePreferred : Salesforce Marketing Cloud experiencePreferred : Change Management certification, preferably Prosci
