Responsibilities :
Prepare instructional materials for a custom marketing solution that leverages Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Lead end user training for a custom marketing solution for up to twenty users
Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials
Coordinate training prerequisite tasks, including user account setup
Facilitate training exercises for hands-on practice and answer questions, as needed
Collaborate with product managers to prepare the training environment and accounts ahead of training sessions
Work with Change Management Lead to complete Training Plan tasks ahead of training sessions
Incorporate feedback from training sessions into training materials and facilitation
Qualifications :
3 to 4 years of professional experience, including 1 to 2 years in change management and instructional design
Background in technology or digital transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree
Required : Content Management System experience
Required : Email Marketing professional experience
