VXForward has a great opportunity for a Reinsurance Solution Architect / Consultant - Lincoln, NE with one of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Looking for people who know the reinsurance processes, how reinsurance works, and design around that.
- Reinsurance Processes : Insight into traditional reinsurance processes, including underwriting, claims handling, and contract management.
- Digital Transformation : Understanding the goals behind digital transformation in reinsurance, such as increasing efficiency, improving risk assessment with data analytics, and enhancing customer experience.
- Technology Adoption : Knowledge of key technologies driving modernization, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), blockchain, and big data analytics.
- Regulatory Compliance : Awareness of how modernization efforts need to align with existing and upcoming regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while innovating.
- Looking for a custom solution for the data. If they are going to build it custom, build it in Postgres; Python is the core program.
- They are wanting to build this as an enterprise product that scales. No real technical skills needed; having more of a focus on process and “functional design” is better than any specific technical grounding.
- People before only know the technical but don’t know the processes or how reinsurance works and design around that.
