VXForward has a great opportunity for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect - 100% Remote with one of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data modeling, integration, and automation. The focus would be on Email Studio where a current design is already built but will need vetting and pushing forward into implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions. Working with a Salesforce Technical Architect to weigh in on the design and transmission of data between CRM and Marketing Cloud. Also, working with content creators and other Marketing internal team members.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices. Specifically working alongside a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience with the Marketing Cloud Connector and using Salesforce as the source of truth for Marketing Cloud contacts.
- Ensure high standards of security and data compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Optionally : experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
