Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field of IT security with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Proven experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Hashicorp).
Experience with cloud security solutions and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Technical Expertise:
Expertise in designing and implementing security controls for privileged access.
Hands-on experience with integrating PAM solutions with IAM systems, directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), and other security technologies.
Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or specialized PAM certifications (CyberArk & Hashicorp) are highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports related to security and PAM.
