- Should have experience of 8 years and hands-on exp in Java, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
- Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a strong Backend Project Development experience, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience exp In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore model from the US location (atleast 4 years)
