Job Details
Technical Skills:
8 to 10 years of experience in Windows 10 Image Build, Configuration, Test, and Release management.
Advanced level of scripting experience on windows platform (PowerShell scripting/automation practices.
Experience or Knowledge on Radia for Image, software, and patch management.
Knowledge on performing PowerShell code testing using Pester
Good Knowledge on Confluence knowledge Management tool
Good Knowledge ServiceNow and ITSM process
Knowledge of application packaging automation with toolsets like Resilio and Ansible
Demonstrate a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Process Skills:
Understand customer pain areas, requirements and respond with design solutions addressing the issues.
Understanding of various project phases and deliver milestones defined.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Change Management skillsets for various design and deployment related activities.
Behavioral Skills:
Understanding of customer requirements and interacting with clients to formulate solutions
Act as a Technical SME to support and provide guidance to resolve complex technical issues of projects
Qualification:
Education qualification: B. Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college or university
ITIL and relevant certifications will be added advantage.
