About this role:
A project manager’s role is to take on the responsibility for a specific project or several projects within VYE Consulting. They are in charge of planning, monitoring and reporting one to multiple projects to the upper management - Director of Operations and/or CEO.
One of the main project manager roles and responsibilities is to act as a bridge between the upper management and the people who are actually responsible for the execution of the project - developers. As a project manager, you’ll need to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. You’ll also need to update the progress of the project regularly in Salesforce.
There is no such thing as one general project management skill set that fits all. To lead a successful project, a project manager needs to be skilled in the following fields:

Job responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
- Leading daily/weekly stand-up meetings, reviews, demos, and other project-related meetings
- Supporting team members in their tasks
- Regularly meet with clients, collect scope of work and pass it on to the development team
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Delegate and assist the leadership team with supported tasks for upcoming projects
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Report and escalate to DOO as and when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have any relevant project management experience
- Must know how to work in the backend of Salesforce (building flows, reporting, dashboards, email alerts, etc).
