About the job

We seek a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Analyst to bridge the gap between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will gather and translate business needs into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. You will work closely with clinical operations, care delivery teams, providers, compliance, finance, and product managers to drive product development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, compliance, and financial teams to document product requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Validate and prioritize requirements to ensure they address business goals, user needs, and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

• Define and articulate clear product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Map requirements to product objectives and explain how they address stakeholder needs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to break down requirements into Epics, user stories, and technical specifications for continuous delivery.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with agile methodologies.

• Ensure requirements adhere to regulatory and compliance standards specific to healthcare.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies across stakeholder groups.

• Create clear documentation, including Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, managing feedback loops and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in healthcare, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Expertise in agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex needs into specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CSPO, SAFe, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience in healthcare technology (e.g., EHR systems, clinical workflows).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau) to measure product impact.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) in agile environments.
   

Compensation and benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 annually, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, company needs, and market demands.
