Job Description:
Proficient with computer hardware, Symbol handheld devices, printers, digital senders and peripherals.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/10 Mobile desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 2016, Microsoft Suite, Exchange/Outlook 2016, email, and HP Jet Admin.
Proficient with Apple Operating Systems.
Experience with Service Now
Experience with Oracle client based applications.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
Experience with Cisco networking devices.
Experience with Ethernet cabling.
Familiar with networking protocols like TCP/IP, multicast and networking concepts.
Experience with Visio/ CAD and technical drawing is desired.
Experience with Unix, Linux and Solaris is desired.
Experience in investigating, analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating procedures and requirements for enterprise's IT systems.
Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, Oracle Solaris, Microsoft Office, VMware environment.
